Phase 1: Have users be accustomed to tagging their ID when walking-in

Phase 2: Integrate Cal1Card number into OCF infra
Phase 3: Implement a solution for enforcing exit only door
Phase 4: Swap the printers and scanner station
Phase 5: Test run the entry/exit model and gather data during congestion hours
Phase 6: Support mobile printing with job release with keycard[0] to further reduce the queue during peak hours
